When the boss' favorite is only in Wisconsin, we try to come close to the recipe and get the same refreshing farmhouse ale. This multi-grained Midwestern take on the American cream ale is an uncomplicated and lovable guzzler. Straw gold with a snowy pillow of froth, the nose is gentle and sweet, full of a blend of malted and flaked barley and corn. Hops give a whisper of flowers and spice. So far a crowd favorite.
